Code Agent was founded by Alex Starinsky after nearly a decade working with some of the Mountain West’s most respected residential architecture firms. During that time, Alex has helped design, develop, coordinate, and deliver projects across Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, California, Florida, and Mexico, ranging from modest additions and guest houses to highly detailed, large custom residences.

That experience shaped a straightforward approach to design: a good idea is only as valuable as your ability to turn it into a buildable project.

With a background that spans architectural design, project management, construction, and hands-on custom fabrication, Alex brings a practical perspective to every project. Code Agent looks beyond how a building appears on paper to consider how it functions, how it meets local requirements, how it will actually be constructed, and how clearly the design is communicated to the people responsible for building it.

Code Agent was created to bring that experience to projects of all sizes. Whether it’s a custom home, ADU, guest house, addition, remodel, commercial space, or simply figuring out what can be built on a property, the goal is the same: provide thoughtful design, straightforward guidance, and clear documentation without making the process more complicated than it needs to be.

Every project is collaborative. Code Agent works closely with homeowners, builders, engineers, consultants, and local jurisdictions to help move projects efficiently from an initial idea through design, permitting, and construction.
